RETURN POLICY 

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

  • The delivery fee will not be refunded on any returned items.
  • Please contact us via email to process a return.
  • Cash refund will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and a copy of the original invoice.
  • Returns must requested within 7 days of the date you receive your delivery. 
  • All sale items are final sale. 
  • Accessories and beauty products are final sale.
  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return.
  • You will be notified via email to schedule the return.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. If we do not receive a email that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email us the images, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
  • Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line
  • Include you first and last name, order #, and product name.

  • George Town (Including SMB and South Sound) - FREE
  • Red Bay, Prospect, Newlands & Savannah - $5.00
  • West Bay - $5.00
  • All other districts ($100 minimum spend) - $10.00

DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

We deliver Monday-Saturday from 5:30 pm onward. You will receive a text when your driver is dispatched. If there is a delay in delivering your order we will contact you within 24 hours.
